We provide a “contract-to-hire” employment arrangement with our employee on temporary basis
and after a specified period of time, the client has an option to hire the employee as a
permanent employee, assuming that the employee has performed well and is a good fit for the
company. If the company decides not to hire the employee, the contract ends and the employee
is not retained.
